Having issues with your Rule Workflows? Check these common scenarios and suggested troubleshooting steps!
The Auto-Adjust Workflow works with projects that already have dates in them, and its operation is pretty simple: if you move a task, and that task has dependent tasks, Flowsana will move the dependents by the same number of days as you moved the dependency (predecessor) task. It can take weekends and additional non-working days into account.
The Dynamic Duration Workflow lets you build templates based on task durations. Then when you start a new project based on that template, simply fill in the project's start date (or due date for a Workback workflow) and Flowsana automatically sets the correct dates for all of the project's tasks. Whenever you need to make an adjustment to a task, just modify its duration and Flowsana automatically adjusts all of its dependent tasks.
Flowsana provides the ability to duplicate or copy all of a project's rules over to another project.
