How does Flowsana's pricing work?

Flowsana's pricing works based on the concept of Billable Users.

What if the same Asana user is in multiple teams? Will we be billed for that user multiple times, once for each team s/he is in?

Why do I sometimes see a number of "unused time" and "remaining time" entries on my Flowsana invoice receipt?
