Having issues with your Rule Workflows? Check these common scenarios and suggested troubleshooting steps!

If your rule is not triggering:
Make sure you have waited at least a minute or two after adding the rule to the project before triggering the rule. It can take a few minutes to be added to the project.
Make sure the Asana account that's connected to Flowsana has permission to access the rule workflow's project, and also that it has permission to write to the tasks in that project.
