Is there a way to set up additional non-working days (beyond weekends)?

Not currently.  But we know that some people would like to be able to tell Flowsana to skip over specific dates such as holidays, staff retreats, etc. and we plan to provide this capability as a product enhancement.

      That's correct.  As specified in the documentation, Flowsana calculates in terms of working days, and it skips and ignores weekends.  So it interprets "2 weeks" as 14 working days.
