Flowsana automatically workflow-enables any project that's created using a template that has been previously workflow-enabled. 

That said, we've encountered a few cases where a project has not been automatically workflow-enabled. We are working on this situation to ensure that we resolve any outstanding issues in the process.

In the meantime, we've added an option on the Create a New Dynamic Duration Workflow page to allow you to workflow-enable a project if it did not get automatically enabled:
