I added users, tags, or custom fields to my Asana, but they're not showing in Flowsana

Unfortunately, Asana does not notify external integrations of changes to users, tags, or custom fields in projects, so you'll need to refresh your data for Flowsana to pick those up. To do that, go to the Data Refresh page, and select the bottom refresh option, "Refresh all Asana data":
